Affiliate, Referral and Partner Terms

BIO-LOGIQ may offer referral, ambassador, affiliate, promotional, clinic, insurer, employer, or partner-access programs. In the current launch phase the affiliate program is open to BIO-LOGIQ Holistic Mastery members only. You can read program details and apply at /[locale]/affiliate. Affiliates must:

• Disclose their commercial relationship with BIO-LOGIQ in any content that uses an affiliate or referral link, in line with markedsforingsloven and EEA unfair-commercial-practices rules.
• Not refer themselves, create fake accounts, or use spam.
• Not mislead users.
• Not make unauthorized medical, therapeutic, or outcome claims.
• Not impersonate BIO-LOGIQ or misuse BIO-LOGIQ branding.
• Comply with the BIO-LOGIQ Permitted Marketing Claims Policy, which BIO-LOGIQ provides to affiliates as part of the onboarding pack. BIO-LOGIQ may terminate affiliate participation and withhold unpaid commissions where prohibited claims are used. Affiliates remain independently subject to markedsforingsloven and may face sanctions from Forbrukertilsynet for misleading health claims.

Rewards, credits, discounts, commissions, or promotional access may be modified, cancelled, revoked, or discontinued. Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Affiliates, ambassadors, and partners are independent third parties unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. BIO-LOGIQ does not act as employer or withholding agent. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax declaration — in Norway, via skatteetaten, and in other jurisdictions under local rules.

BIO-LOGIQ may request identity and banking verification (KYC) before any first payout, and in any case where:

• cumulative commissions earned by an affiliate exceed NOK 6 000 (or EUR 600) in a calendar year; or
• any single payout would exceed NOK 2 000; or
• a transaction or pattern triggers anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks, in which case KYC may be required earlier and the payout may be paused pending review.

BIO-LOGIQ may withhold or pause payouts on suspicion of fraud, sham referrals, or sanctions risk, and may terminate participation where applicable laws or these Terms are breached.

We verify your identity and payment details before your first payout and whenever your cumulative commissions exceed NOK 6 000 (or EUR 600) in a calendar year, whenever a single payout would exceed NOK 2 000, or earlier if anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks require it.

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect (or another regulated payout provider named at the time of the program's public launch). We may pause or decline payouts for suspected fraud, sanctions risk, or incomplete verification documentation.
