Single point of contact
For the purposes of the Digital Services Act, BIO-LOGIQ (operated by Axes AS) designates a single electronic point of contact:
- For users: privacy@bio-logiq.com.
- For authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services: authorities@bio-logiq.com (routed to privacy@bio-logiq.com until a separate authorities mailbox is provisioned).
Languages: our official communication language for authorities and the European Commission is English. For users, we reply in Norwegian where the request is in Norwegian, and in French once the French market is active.
Your data rights
You may request:
- Access to your data.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion.
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent.
BIO-LOGIQ may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. We will respond within one month, with the option to extend by two further months for complex requests, in line with GDPR.

You may complain at any time to:

Illegal content reports
If you believe content on BIO-LOGIQ is illegal, please send a notice to legal@bio-logiq.com with enough information to identify the content and the reason you consider it illegal. We will review notices in line with the Digital Services Act and respond within a reasonable time frame.
Accessibility statement
BIO-LOGIQ is committed to making its services accessible in line with the European Accessibility Act and Norwegian law, with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target conformance level. Known limitations include the breathing visualizer animation (motion-sensitive content), audio- driven sessions, and any unmigrated legacy components. If you encounter an accessibility issue or need an alternative format, contact us at accessibility@bio-logiq.com and we will respond and remedy where reasonably possible.
