Health Data Processing Consent
If BIO-LOGIQ later introduces features that collect health-related data, we will ask for your explicit, unbundled consent before processing it, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Scope
This section applies if BIO-LOGIQ introduces features that collect or process health-related data. Such data may include:
- Breathing metrics, including breath-hold times.
- Mobility tracking.
- Pain or symptom information.
- Injury or recovery information.
- Physiological or sensor-derived data.
- Self-reported wellness data beyond the recommendation-copy use described in the Privacy Policy.
Purposes
We may process health-related data to:
- Personalize your experience.
- Recommend relevant content.
- Help you track progress.
- Improve platform features.
- Provide support.
Consent mechanics
Processing of health-related data will be based on your explicit consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a). Consent will be captured through a separate, unbundled, never pre-ticked control at the point where processing begins. We will tell you which categories of data are processed, for which purposes, and for how long.
You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Withdrawal may limit personalization, progress tracking, and similar features that depend on this data.
Safeguards
Where required, BIO-LOGIQ will conduct a Data Protection Impact Assessment (GDPR Art 35) before launching health-data features and will apply enhanced safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and minimum-necessary processing.
Metrics, scores and AI outputs are informational only
BIO-LOGIQ does not guarantee specific physical, mental, emotional, performance, recovery, nervous-system, or health outcomes. Any metrics, scores, insights, recommendations, interpretations, and AI-generated outputs derived from your data — including breathing metrics, breath-hold times, HRV interpretations, recovery scores, nervous-system or stress indicators, and any present or future AI-powered insights or coaching — are informational and educational only. They may not be clinically validated, medically accurate, or suitable for individual decision-making.
Do not rely on these outputs to make medical, diagnostic, treatment, dosing, training-load, return-to-activity, or other health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any such decision. This limitation is set out in full in the Health Disclaimer (Page 3, section 4.10) and applies in the same way to any health-related output generated from data you consent to share under this section.
