We may work with insurers, clinics, employers, and wellness partners to provide sponsored access to BIO-LOGIQ. When we do, we share the minimum data needed for that purpose and never share health-related data with these partners for independent marketing without your explicit consent.
Scope
BIO-LOGIQ may collaborate with insurers, clinics, employers, rehabilitation providers, or wellness partners. These collaborations may support:
- Sponsored or subsidised access.
- Eligibility verification.
- Participation confirmation.
- Program administration.
- Completion reporting.
- Customer support.
Data minimization
BIO-LOGIQ will share only the minimum personal data necessary for the relevant purpose. For example, we typically share eligibility status or participation confirmation, not session content. We will publish details of any specific partner data flow at /legal/sub-processors or in a partner-specific notice where relevant.
Health-related data
Health-related data will not be shared with insurers, employers, or partners for independent marketing without your explicit consent. Even where you consent, sharing is limited to what is necessary for the agreed purpose.
Your rights under partner programs
Participation in a partner program does not change your data-protection rights toward BIO-LOGIQ. You can still exercise your GDPR rights directly with us as described in Page 9. Participation in BIO-LOGIQ does not guarantee insurance reimbursement, employer subsidy, clinical approval, or continued partner access — those decisions are made solely by the relevant third party.
