Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BIO-LOGIQ app, website, courses, breathing exercises, mobility programs, Mindset content, breathwork trainers, digital content, subscriptions, and related services (together, the Services). By creating an account, starting a subscription, purchasing access, or otherwise using BIO-LOGIQ, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Health Disclaimer, and that you accept the Informed Consent for Exercise Participation.

BIO-LOGIQ provides general educational and wellness content. The Services do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, mental-health crisis support, or individualized clinical advice. Using BIO-LOGIQ does not create a doctor-patient, practitioner-patient, therapist-patient, or clinical relationship with BIO-LOGIQ, its instructors, osteopaths, experts, contributors, partners, or affiliates.

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You confirm that you are at least 18. If we become aware of an account belonging to a person under 18, we will close it. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not use the Services.

BIO-LOGIQ may offer free access, paid subscriptions, trials, promotional access, affiliate or referral access, or partner-sponsored access. Free access may include limits such as a session-duration cap or a restricted set of presets. We will describe applicable limits clearly before you sign up.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is at least as simple as signing up: you can cancel from your account settings on bio-logiq.com.

If, in the future, BIO-LOGIQ is offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play and you purchased your subscription through one of those stores, you must cancel through that store. Cancelling on bio-logiq.com will not stop renewals billed by the App Store or Google Play.

We will provide clear information about renewal terms and the total price before you complete a purchase. We will remind you of an upcoming renewal in good time before the renewal date, as follows:

• For subscriptions with a duration of 6 months or longer: we will send a renewal reminder by email at least 30 days before the renewal date. The reminder includes the renewal date, the amount that will be charged, and clear instructions for cancelling.
• For monthly subscriptions: we will send a renewal or status reminder where required by applicable law or where we consider it appropriate to maintain transparency.
• For free trials that convert to a paid subscription: we will confirm the trial terms when the trial starts, and we will send a reminder at least 3 days before the first charge.

We do not impose long-term binding periods unless this is clearly disclosed at purchase and permitted by applicable law.

We will not introduce material price increases on your active subscription without notifying you in advance. Where required by law, material price changes will take effect only after you expressly agree, and you may cancel without penalty if you do not agree.

Under angrerettloven you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for the Services. Because BIO-LOGIQ is a digital service that is made available immediately, you can choose between two options at checkout:

• Keep your withdrawal right and delay full access until the 14-day period has passed.
• Get immediate access by expressly consenting to start the service during the withdrawal period and by acknowledging that this waives your right of withdrawal for the portion of the service that has been delivered.

You can read and download the standard withdrawal form (angreskjema), based on the template published by Forbrukertilsynet, at /legal/withdrawal-form. To withdraw within the 14-day period, use the form or contact us at privacy@bio-logiq.com.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by copying or redistributing protected content, reverse-engineering the app, submitting unlawful content, making unauthorized medical or therapeutic claims based on BIO-LOGIQ, impersonating BIO-LOGIQ or its contributors, or interfering with platform security.

All BIO-LOGIQ content — including courses, videos, audio tracks, breathing programs, mobility routines, Mindset recordings, software, branding, and written materials — is owned by or licensed to BIO-LOGIQ. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Services for non-commercial use.

Some links on BIO-LOGIQ may be affiliate or partner links. If a purchase is made through these links, BIO-LOGIQ or a partner may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Our affiliates are required to disclose their commercial relationship with BIO-LOGIQ in their content (see the Affiliate Terms).

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services to keep them functional and secure. We will provide updates necessary to maintain conformity of the digital service under digitalytelsesloven. We will give you reasonable advance notice — at least 30 days for changes that materially affect a paid Service — and you may terminate without additional cost where the law gives you that right.

BIO-LOGIQ provides educational, informational, and wellness-related services only. The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or manage any medical, psychological, or health condition, and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Participation in breathing exercises, mobility training, Mindset practices, recovery exercises, nervous-system regulation exercises, breath-hold training, CO2 retention training, and other wellness activities involves inherent physical and psychological risks. By using the Services, you voluntarily accept these inherent risks associated with wellness and exercise participation.

BIO-LOGIQ does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, mental, nervous-system, recovery, performance, or health outcome. Results vary between individuals and may be affected by factors entirely outside BIO-LOGIQ's control, including your health status, lifestyle, environment, and how you engage with the Services.

Any metrics, scores, recommendations, interpretations, recovery indicators, HRV interpretations, breathing metrics, stress indicators, nervous-system indicators, AI-generated outputs, summaries, coaching outputs, or similar outputs provided through the Services are informational and educational only. Such outputs may not be clinically validated, medically accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for any individual's decision-making.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, BIO-LOGIQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, trainers, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or economic losses arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, interruption losses, emotional distress, or loss resulting from reliance on any output of the Services.

Where BIO-LOGIQ is liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or NOK 500 if you have not made any payment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

(a) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Norwegian or EEA law;

(b) your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under forbrukerkjopsloven, digitalytelsesloven, angrerettloven, or any other applicable mandatory consumer-protection legislation, including your right to conformity remedies for digital services under digitalytelsesloven chapter 3;

(c) liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BIO-LOGIQ;

(d) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(e) liability for death or personal injury caused by BIO-LOGIQ's negligence.

If any limitation in this section is held to be unenforceable under applicable mandatory law, the remaining provisions of this section shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted.

If you believe content on BIO-LOGIQ is illegal under EEA or Norwegian law, please notify us at the contact address below. We will review and respond in line with the Digital Services Act.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the jurisdiction of Oslo tingrett as the venue of first instance, subject to mandatory consumer rules. Consumers may also escalate complaints to Forbrukertilsynet (forbrukertilsynet.no) or Forbrukerklageutvalget, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If a provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer, and Informed Consent for Exercise Participation, form the entire agreement between you and BIO-LOGIQ regarding the Services.
